The manager that I just hired to get our website in tip top shape, used to work for one of the biggest website designers in Raleigh. I had to get the okay to pay him more than most of what our top executives is making salary wise but it will be worth it in the long run.

He has had experience in everything, including social media. He suggested that we buy social bookmarks soon to get the ball rolling on promoting the site. I guess that there are things that we can do right away and some that will take a little while longer and some elbow grease.

I have had to explain several times who the new guy is in the office but when they hear that he worked for one of the website designers in Raleigh and he is now the person in charge of the whole site, they seem to respect him more.

I told them all that he had suggested that we buy social bookmarks and none of them knew what that was. I was hoping that they knew what it was, since I had only pretended to understand him when he told me about it.
